Elite 4 Haunted Floor
Cicero

Reward: Cicero's hand in marriage

For these doors to open you must have:
- All 8 of your badges and defeating at least 1 Elite Four member

Challenge to get to the battle stage:
-Using the incantation written on the tombstone, you must exorcise all the ghosts in the Haunted Floor. Beware, they are known to scare, chase, and blow out the lights.
-Once you have done this, Cicero will flamboyantly challenge you to a battle, via the trapdoor in the middle of the floor. He has a grand entrance with smoke and fire exploding whilst you wonder how long it takes him to plan these extravagant affairs.

Rules:
- No partners allowed, it is an exclusive 1-on-1 battle.
- Effort must be shown whether it is colored, uncolored, traditional, or digital.
- The picture must be draw entirely by yourself.
- Whether the battle is single, double, or triple is up to you.
- Must have one picture involving doing something in the gym (surprised at Cicero's entrance, exorcising ghosts, being scared of the skulls, etc.) and one picture for battling.
