He's sensitive about his age because he's still single (and always will be...) He's also insecure about his eyebags. He wears a mask when challengers come in order to have a grand entrance. He's very tall and bony but will kill you if you mess with anything in his Haunted Floor. Calls his pokemon his "children" and is kind of creepy. He's very friendly though and loves to sew.
History:
He's from Mauville City and his family is one of the top athletes. They can be found biking all the time and Cicero couldn't stand living in Mauville City since he was a pansy and isn't active ie. he's weak as hell. Even being in the sunlight will make him feel faint so he moved out once he was old enough and went to Sootopolis to study history. He especially loved reading about people in history which are mostly deceased and while reading at night, he was constantly haunted by ghosts or ghost pokemon and befriended them. Ches the Gengar was the first pokemon he met.
Other:
Started developing eyebags as a child since he stayed up late all the time and never went out in sunlight.When he moved out of Mauville, he walked all the way to Lilycove to take the S.S. boat thing whatever. Treetop city was on the way and he had to climb trees, walk through horrible rainy weather, and was attacked by hidden trainers who were pretending to be trees every 5 feet he walked. This city scared the hell out of(traumatized) him. After he left that city, he decided to visit Mt. pyre since it was known for it's ghost pokemon. He loved it there since the weather was dreary but not rainy and tried to live in the cemetary but he was denied lol...

He hates Cicero because he's such a weakling and has tried to kill him a few times.
Mismagius (F) Lv. 73 - Madamoiselle
She's loving and motherly but her personality is similar to those of AB Blood type,
Chandelure (M) Lv. 70 - Tobi
Very quiet and shy but obedient.
Drifblim (M) Lv. 68 - Bambi
Masochist (tank of the group) but is a gentle soul.
Froslass (F) Lv. 71 - Elizabeth
A tsundere and she's jealous of Mismagius. She's kind of annoying and is in love with Cicero. Named after Countess Elizabeth Bathory(infamous serial killer).
Gengar (M) Lv. 75 - Ches
Mean but playful and is Cicero's best friend since he was a child. He taunts him and plays pranks on him all the time but it's love. He thinks Mismagius and Froslass are annoying. His full name is Cheshire.
